Your itinerary will include thoughtfully chosen accommodations, immersive activities, and a clear cost outline—shared promptly, with room for reflection, dialogue, and refinement.
We invite you to review your custom plan and suggest any changes. Every Raven journey remains flexible until it feels just right. Along with your itinerary, you'll receive our digital Pre-Trip Guide—a warm companion filled with cultural tips, weather guidance, packing essentials, and practical notes to help you easily prepare.
When you're ready to confirm, we'll request a scanned color copy of your passport to begin securing your flight and hotel arrangements.
While you're welcome to book flights independently, we highly recommend letting us manage them. With direct communication channels to airline staff, we're always the first to know about any delays or schedule changes and can respond on your behalf with agility and care.
Once your preferred seats are held, we'll notify you of the deadline for issuing tickets. At that point, we'll send a secure payment link for your deposit or full balance, payable via credit card or bank transfer.
After receiving payment, we'll issue your flight ticket and email you a copy to print or save on your device for check-in. At this stage, you can also begin arranging your international flight to your Bhutan entry city, with our team guiding you through the connections.
If any accommodations are unavailable when booking, we'll inform you immediately and work closely with you to find beautiful alternatives that match your preferences.
Once your deposit or full payment is received, your Paro-bound ticket will be issued and sent to your inbox, ready for printing or digital check-in. This step brings your journey one step closer to reality.
About two to four weeks before your arrival, we'll begin processing your Bhutanese e-visa. Once approved, we'll send your final visa and flight documents in one tidy email—organized, ready, and easy to present at the airport.
As your departure nears, we'll finalize every detail—from accommodations and transport to curated experiences and special touches. You'll receive a personalized itinerary link, accessible via web browser and updated in real time should any changes arise.
You'll also receive a photo of your Chief Experience Officer (guide) and chauffeur in advance, along with an image of the personalized placard they'll hold at the airport. To keep communication seamless, we'll create a private WhatsApp group between you, your guide, and your travel designer—so you can reach out, adjust plans, or share feedback anytime.
